Thank you for choosing Kukmarket. We aim to provide the utmost convenience to our customers with our 7-day money-back guarantee. The 7-day period commences upon your receipt of the product, allowing you ample time to inspect your Kukmarket purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging. Kukmarket covers the return shipping costs, and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned product, excluding holidays and weekends.

Eligibility for Refund:

To ensure fairness to all our customers, certain situations may restrict eligibility for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Damaged, incomplete, or visibly used items not attributable to Kukmarket’s error are ineligible for refunds.
  • Products exhibiting excessive wear and tear nearing the end of their useful life or appearing heavily worn.
  • Products with missing or defaced labels.

How to Return Products:

Please follow these instructions after contacting our support team and receiving a response:

  1. Pack all items securely, including a print-out of your purchase confirmation email and the provided return label.
  2. Visit your local post office or courier service to ship the package to the address indicated on your return label.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and then mail the product to the address provided on your return label.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and bank, if necessary. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Return Policy:

If you wish to return an item to Shirtnation within 07 days of delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Safely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • All products must be returned in unused condition. Contact Customer Service if the product is damaged.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Cash on delivery payments are not accepted. Provide a valid tracking number for successful return processing.

Exchange: For exchanges, please contact us at [email protected]. A $5 restocking fee may apply.

Defective Products: Contact us at [email protected] with photos of the defective product. No need to return the item; we will promptly send a replacement.

Incorrect or Not as Described Products: Contact us at [email protected] with photos, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once tracked, we will ship a replacement immediately.

Change of Mind: Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Cancel Order: Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but once shipped, returns are subject to our standard policy.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
